Glass Return Program

Glass Return Program — Now Open

We're excited to launch the first phase of our Glass Return Program. By returning eligible glass packaging, you help us reduce waste and keep materials in circulation. Thank you for being part of this effort.

Eligible Containers

The following Kiss of Silk glass containers are currently accepted for return credit:

  • 4 oz Sapphire Milk Toner glass bottles
  • 2.4 oz Full Body Deodorant glass jars
  • 10 oz Shower Steamer Powder glass jars

Credit Amount

Each approved eligible container earns $1.00 in store credit, or 100 reward points, per container returned and approved after inspection.

Minimum Return Requirement

Customers must return a minimum of 3 eligible containers per shipment to receive credit. This minimum helps make the program more efficient, makes postage more worthwhile for you, and reduces carbon emissions.

Caps and Lids

Matching caps and lids may be included with your return if they are clean, rust-free, dent-free, and scratch-free. Please note:

  • Caps and lids do not earn additional credit.
  • Including caps is welcome but not required to receive credit for an approved glass container.

Not Currently Accepted

The following items are not accepted at this time:

  • Facial oil bottles
  • Facial cleanser bottles
  • Perfume oil or mist bottles
  • Spray or pump tops
  • Droppers
  • Reducer caps
  • Packaging from other brands
  • Broken, cracked, chipped, scratched, rusty, or unclean packaging

How to Prepare Your Return

All returned packaging must be empty, clean, label-free, dry, and undamaged. Please follow these steps before mailing:

  1. Wash containers thoroughly with warm soapy water.
  2. Remove all product residue.
  3. Remove all labels completely.
  4. Allow everything to fully dry before packing.
  5. Package glass carefully to prevent breakage during shipping.
  6. Please include your name on the inside of the package so that we know who to issue the credit to once the return is received and inspected.

Before You Mail: Complete the Glass Return Form

You MUST complete the Glass Return Form before mailing anything back. Returns received without a completed form may not be processed.
