Why This Program Exists
Glass is one of the most endlessly recyclable materials available, but recycling isn't always the most efficient path. Reuse is better. When packaging can be cleaned, inspected, and returned to the production cycle, it extends the life of the material and reduces the resources needed to start from scratch.
Kiss of Silk uses glass, frosted glass, and aluminum packaging across many of our products — not just for aesthetics, but because these materials hold up. The Glass Return Program is our effort to close the loop on that choice and give our packaging a second life wherever possible.
This isn't about guilt or obligation. It's simply a better option when it's available, and we want to make it available to you.
What Customers Can Expect
When the program launches, here's the general framework we're building toward:
- Eligible packaging — Certain Kiss of Silk glass and aluminum containers will qualify for return. A full list of eligible items will be published at launch.
- Return shipping — Customers will be responsible for the cost of shipping returns to us. We'll provide clear instructions on how to package and send items safely.
- Inspection — All returned packaging will be reviewed before any credit is issued. Items that cannot be safely reused will not qualify.
- Store credit — Approved returns will receive store credit toward a future Kiss of Silk purchase. Credit amounts and any minimums will be confirmed at launch.
