 Due to the nature of Kiss of Silk Products, all purchases are final. Returns/ Exchanges are NOT accepted. 

Kiss of Silk is not responsible for any damage, loss of package, or shipping deliveries that are affected by shipping customs/ natural occurrences. If damage does occur, you would need to reach out to shipping carrier.
