Every Kiss of Silk product is handcrafted in small batches using thoughtfully selected plant-derived ingredients. Because our products are made by hand and may contain botanical oils, essential oils, natural extracts, and naturally derived colorants, slight variations in color, texture, consistency, shimmer, and aroma may occur from batch to batch. These natural variations are normal and do not affect the quality or intended use of the product.

Storage & Product Care
For best results, store products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, excessive heat, humidity, and freezing temperatures.
Always replace lids and caps securely after each use to help preserve product quality.
Avoid introducing water into jars or containers whenever possible, and use clean, dry hands or a clean cosmetic spatula when removing product.
Improper storage may shorten the product’s lifespan or affect its appearance, texture, or consistency.
Shelf Life
Each product label includes a Period After Opening (PAO) symbol indicating the recommended timeframe for use after opening.
To maximize freshness and product performance:
- Store products properly.
- Keep containers tightly closed.
- Avoid exposing products to excessive heat, moisture, or direct sunlight.
- Follow all directions provided on the product label.
Patch Test Recommended
Every individual’s skin is unique.
Before using any new skincare, body care, or fragrance product, we recommend performing a patch test by applying a small amount to a discreet area of skin and waiting 24 hours before full use.
Discontinue use immediately if irritation or discomfort occurs.

Product Directions
Always follow the directions printed on each product label.
Depending on the product, directions may include:
- Shake shimmering body oils before each use.
- Allow cleansing bars to dry completely between uses.
- Apply deodorant to clean, dry skin.
- Roll or spray fragrances onto pulse points as directed.
Following label instructions helps maximize product quality, performance, and longevity.

Because our products contain naturally derived ingredients, you may notice slight differences between batches, including:

Glass Packaging
Many Kiss of Silk products are packaged in glass as part of our commitment to reducing plastic waste.
Please handle glass containers with care.
Discontinue use immediately if a container becomes chipped, cracked, or otherwise damaged.
Broken glass may present a risk of injury.
