All payments are due at checkout via AfterPay, Shop Pay, Gift Card or Debit/Credit Card.


Shipping

Kiss of Silk ships within the United States via UPS.

Pick-ups or Meet-ups are not an option. 

All Kiss of Silk orders are processed within 1-7 business days (weekends not included). Don't worry! The wait is fully worth it!

After your order has been shipped, delivery time within the United States is 1-5 business days. Shipping could experience delays depending on carrier &/or weather.

Shipping: Shipping is calculated by weight at checkout. Free shipping is offered for orders $150.00+

Kiss of Silk is not responsible for any damage, stolen packages, loss of package, or shipping deliveries that are affected by shipping customs/ natural occurrences. 

If damage does occur, you would need to reach out to shipping carrier to file a claim here:  https://www.ups.com/us/en/support/file-a-claim.page .

Bulk Policy: 

All invoices sent from inquiries must be paid within 24 hours of receiving. 
•All orders are final & cannot be changed or canceled once payment is received & processing is started. 
•Returns & Exhanges are not accepted due to the nature of products 
•Bulk Orders do not qualify for free shipping. Shipping is calculated by weight.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. We do not issue refunds for products that are not damaged or defective. 

Unfortunately, we cannot process refund requests for gift cards.

Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. If you receive the wrong item, contact us via email so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
