Kiss of Silk ships within the United States via UPS.

Pick-ups or Meet-ups are not an option. 

All Kiss of Silk orders are processed within 1-7 business days (weekends not included). Don't worry! The wait is fully worth it! During Restocks, busy season &/or new releases, processing times can be 7-14 business days. 

After your order has been shipped, delivery time within the United States is 1-5 business days. Shipping could experience delays depending on carrier &/or weather.

Shipping: Shipping is calculated by weight at checkout. Free shipping is offered for orders $100+

Damages + Missing Packages

Kiss of Silk is not responsible for any damage, stolen packages, loss of package, or shipping deliveries/delays that are affected by shipping customs/ natural occurrences. Once an order leaves our warehouse , it is in the hands & responsibility of the shipping carrier, it is no longer within our control. 
If damage does occur, you would need to reach out to shipping carrier within 10 days of receiving your package to file a claim here:  https://www.ups.com/us/en/support/file-a-claim.page .

A one-time refund or replacement will be offered to any damaged items within 10 days of receiving your product. 
To be eligible for a refund, your product must have arrived damaged or defective and unused and proof must be provided.  
Any future damages must be handled with the shipping carrier.

Packages deemed undeliverable by customs will be returned & reviewed once received & processed at Kiss of Silk. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Kiss of Silk via email. You can find contact information on the "Contact Kiss of Silk" Page located on the bottom of each page.

Orders are shipped to the address provided. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses will not be reshipped or refunded.

All packages that are returned to our shipping facility due to incorrect addresses or declined delivery will be refunded to original payment minus the shipping cost and a 25% restocking fee.

If your order cannot be shipped due to incorrect address, it will be cancelled & refunded to original payment minus a 25% restocking fee.

Please make sure your address is correct at checkout. If you notice your address is incorrect, please reach out via email immediately: Info@kissofsilk.com to correct it. 
We can not guarantee that we will see your email or communication with an updated address so please make sure your address is correct at checkout.
